Summary
We are currently looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Nursery located in Surbiton.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be the cornerstone in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children aged 0-5 in the program
* Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with families
* Manage the classroom effectively to promote a positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
* Level 2 or 3 Diploma for Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or
* Previous experience in childcare or nursery settings
* Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
* Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
* Strong organisational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
