Summary
Hourly Rate - £13.00 Negotiable depending on experience
Micro Provider & Self Employed PA's Rate of Pay (£/per hour) - £15.60 depending on experience
Hours Per Week - 8 initially, with potential for longer if both parties happy
How will the hours be used - Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 Ideally we would like 2 carers, who alternate every other Saturday
Job Description
To basically look after and “hang-out” with me, including helping me with my weekly shower. This would entail whatever keeps me entertained, whether that be walking, chatting, watching TV or taking a drive to somewhere local. Brenda might join us sometimes, and might also need some help sometimes (things like putting the sheets on the bed which can be a lot of effort)

- Can be friends with me and be a good laugh (I like some good-natured banter)
- Either a man or a lady in her later years who can tell me when I overstep the mark without offending me – make the boundaries clear in a way that I understand and respect.
- Can help people see me as the friendly gentleman that I am, with an unfortunate disease, rather than an irritation to be avoided.
