Summary
1. Contribute to the creation of an environment in which change can be initiated and supported. 2. Support the Clinical Champion Users manager and Clinical Champion User Senior Leads to provide leadership and support to Clinical Champion Users to ensure that the highest standards of patient care are maintained. 3. To provide at-the-elbow support to clinical staff during Clinical systems roll out. 4. To conduct Awareness Sessions to users of Clinical Systems prior system roll out or as necessary. 5. Provide information to the organisation and others (external, for instance, Cerner)
