Summary
Are you a logical thinker, detail orientated and organised individual with a passion for providing high quality data? Saint Catherine’s Hospice is looking for a Data Reporting Administrator to support our clinical teams by producing regular and ad-hoc reports pulled from our patient record systems, improve and maintain these systems and provide end user training to clinical and non-clinical staff. What you’ll do: Respond to requests to amend/ generate new reports for different departments using Microsoft Excel or other appropriate programmes Co-ordinate data in our patient record database (SystmOne) and our Incident Reporting Database (Vantage), ensuring a high level of accuracy Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports Work with the Clinical Admin and Systems Lead on projects and changes to how the patient record system improves efficiency within all departments Provide ongoing training to all staff on how to use the system for their role Cleanse and tidy up data within the system.
