Summary
Morgan Hunt currently requires a Repairs Administrator for Housing Trust based in North London on a Temporary basis
Pay Rate : £14.48ph PAYE
Hours:35 hrs Mon to Fri – 9am and 17.00pm
Location: North London
Duration : 3 month on going contract
Main Responsibility
As a Repair Administrator you'll be helping deliver a day-to-day repair service to our residents. Your role will be focused on progressing repairs through our repairs platform.
You'll be providing advice and assistance on a range of repair-related enquiries, diagnosing repairs, making value for money assessments, verifying completion and paying invoices. You’ll also be the first point of contact for field staff and third-party contractors.
Suitable Candidate
The trust focus is to provide a quality repair service to the residents whilst maintaining value for money and fostering positive relationships with all the contractors. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, strong administrative skills and excellent written communication. You’ll be working in a busy and fast paced environment and we’re looking for people who thrive working under pressure. You must be computer literate and be able to multi-task across systems and have the ability to react to changes quickly. You will have a flexible and proactive approach towards work and demonstrate a real belief in providing a great service to the trust residents.
No previous housing experience or knowledge is necessary
