About the Role
Our client provides residential assessments for families, with a focus on safeguarding and supporting positive outcomes for children. We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Childcare Worker to provide safe, nurturing care to children in our residential centre while their parents undergo assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for babies and young children
- Support feeding, hygiene, sleep, and play routines
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
- Work with the wider residential team and follow care plans
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a care or nursery setting
- Understanding of basic child development and safeguarding
- Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/Early Years (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
