Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver HR projects aligned with organisational goals and timelines
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and compliance standards
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all processes
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support strategic HR initiatives and organisational change
- Identify and implement improvements in HR systems and reporting processes
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in HR project delivery within complex or public sector environments
- Strong experience in policy development and operational HR management
- Excellent analytical and systems skills, with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
