£28,864 - £29,173 pro rata / £14.96 - £15.12 per hour (Including Distance Islands Allowance)

We are seeking to appoint a multi-skilled individual that can undertake a mixture of cleaning, gardening and handyperson duties.

You will be required to carry out a range of cleaning activities within the main building at Eunson Kloss, Kirkwall. Duties include cleaning within the communal lounge area, staff offices, toilets/shower area and reception area. You will also assist with food preparation, washing dishes and laundry when required.

Duties will also include property maintenance, maintenance checks, grounds maintenance, lifting and relocation of furniture and various other duties.

You should have experience of basic cleaning and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. A good general standard of education, including literacy and numeracy is also required.

Working patterns can be discussed with the manager to suit.
