Location: Nationwide, UK with remote / hybrid working available

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us



What will you be responsible for?

As a Learning and Development Advisor you will be supporting the Learning and Development Business Partner in delivering the learning and development strategy, including supporting bids, mobilisations and HR / L&D projects.

Your day to day will include:

-Working with key stakeholders delivering and developing L&D plans, providing advice and guidance on appropriate learning solutions, auditing and providing reporting against plans, increasing compliance levels

-Auditing and providing reporting against L&D plans including the delivery of administration services for training records and other key activities

-Pro-actively supporting the business in developing and delivering fully integrated L&D plans supporting business objectives, meeting legislative requirements, maximising employee capability and providing a future talent

-Supporting the implementation of group and divisional L&D projects and initiatives, including facilitation of internal training

-Coaching and developing contract stakeholders maximising implementation effectiveness, promoting wellbeing of your team creating an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience is actively encouraged and achieved

-Are willing and able to travel nationwide to visit contracts and projects
