More detail about the role We are seeking a Facilities Services Supervisor to join our Community Facilities Team. Our Community Facilities Services team provide a variety of Soft FM services to the 11 Community Hospitals within the Royal Devon University Healthcare Foundation Trusts Eastern Division. This includes Domestic (Cleaning), Catering, Patient Meal Service and Portering duties. As a Facilities Services Supervisor you will be tasked with leading a team of approximately 20 25 staff spread across multiple sites with the provision of these services. You will need to be passionate about cleanliness and keen to ensure our patients are cared for in a safe and clean environment. You should be prepared to be flexible and enthusiastic with a real desire to provide the best possible environment for our patients and visitors. We are looking for individuals with experience of leading a team, successfully in similar environments and confident enough to take on challenges and to work unsupervised when required.
