Summary

We're recruiting Production Operatives for a busy fresh fruit juice manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, fast-paced production environment with two types of roles available depending on your physical capability and experience.

Light Duties Operative

Ideal for those looking for a role with lighter manual tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bottling and labelling fresh juice products

  • Packing finished goods into crates

  • Completing basic quality checks

  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness on the line

  • Assisting with light production line duties

Heavy Duties Operative

Suited to those comfortable with manual handling and heavier lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifting and moving crates of fresh fruit and product containers

  • Feeding raw materials into production machinery

  • Loading/unloading pallets and assisting with deliveries

  • Supporting warehouse and stock movements

  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential

  • Comfortable working in a food production environment

  • Physically fit for either light or heavy duties

  • Able to work rotating weekly shifts (early & late)

  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotation):

  • Week 1: 07:00 - 15:00

  • Week 2: 15:00 - 23:00
    (Monday to Friday)
