Summary
· Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 3 days off
· Start Times: Between 03:00 and 10:00 (flexibility required)
· Average Weekly Hours: 40
· Shift Length: Approx. 9.5 hours per day (including a 30-minute break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks to meet flight schedules
- Assemble in-flight meals and amenities according to airline specifications
- Load and seal storage trolleys for dispatch
- Deliver catering equipment and supplies to aircraft
- Dress aircraft cabins to meet client expectations
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently upheld
- Assist with the loading of catering trucks and aircraft provisioning
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and flight teams
- Perform heavy lifting (up to approx. 50 lbs) and work under pressure
- Comply with all health, safety, security, and operational procedures
- Support additional departmental duties as needed
- Maintain a professional approach at all times
