Urgent requirement for a Residential Property Manager overseeing a Property Portfolio in the heart of Zone 1. This role is perfect for someone from a Property/ Block Management background dealing with Landlord and Tenancy matters.
Your new role
- Managing a portfolio predominantly in Mayfair and other central London locations.
- Overseeing: budgets, facilities management, dispute resolution, and complaint handling.
- Preparing compliance reports and recommended actions.
- Handling LPE1 forms, AGM's, and meetings with leaseholders & tenants
- Supervising junior members of staff
What you'll need to succeed
- ARLA Qualified (Level 3/4) or TPI Qualified
- 4+ Years experience in Residential Property
