Summary
The Building Services Multis Skilled Technician works within the Facilities and Operations Team and is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the Rep and its associated buildings providing technical and physical assistance for a variety of maintenance activities including both reactive and planned preventative ensuring that our equipment, plants and assets remain in optimal working condition, preventing failures and breakdowns of systems and installations.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in theatres or similar venues and skills in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and building fabric. Strong communication, numeracy, and a UK driving licence are essential. Forklift, working-at-height, and PAT testing certifications are required or must be gained during probation. Experience in customer-focused settings and similar-sized organisations, ideally in producing theatre, is preferred.
