We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to assist an individual who has recently been approved for 10 hours of care per week. This person has not received care before and is looking for someone who can help them navigate daily life with understanding and patience.

About the Individual:
- Diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges
- Experiences physical health issues
- Needs support with socialising and engaging in community life
- Requires help understanding paperwork and official documents
- Needs assistance attending appointments, including with doctors
- Spends with their sister, who works full-time – leaving them isolated when she is unavailable

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and encourage social interaction
- Support with understanding and completing paperwork
- Accompany to appointments and provide transport assistance if needed
- Help build confidence and independence in daily activities
- Be a reliable presence when family support is unavailable

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals and those with mental health needs
- Patient, kind, and able to communicate clearly
- Flexible and responsive to changing needs
- Able to work independently and build trust
