As a Housekeeper with ISS UK, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality housekeeping service that goes beyond traditional cleaning. This is a varied and customer-focused role that requires flexibility, initiative, and a proactive attitude.​

This role also involves working collaboratively with a variety of service teams including Front of House, Maintenance, Printing Services, Security, Catering, and the Post Room. You will contribute to a seamless, joined-up service by supporting colleagues with tasks that may extend beyond core cleaning responsibilities.​

A strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, colleagues, and other service providers.

The Role

Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility

Support other service teams (e.g. Front of House, Maintenance, Post Room, Catering, Printing Services, and Security) with tasks beyond core cleaning duties when required

Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards

Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, visitors, and colleagues at all times

Take ownership of your designated areas, ensuring high standards are maintained consistently

Build proactive relationships with stakeholders to better understand and meet their service expectations

Work collaboratively with ISS team members and other suppliers to ensure a seamless and high-quality service experience across WSP premises

Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner

Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
