Job Purpose:

This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Web Producer who will play a major role in the technical design and development of the company’s technical offerings. The position is based at our Leicester office with occasional assignments at client locations. 

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
Manage daily web content updates using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager).
Coordinate with content writers, designers, SEO specialists, and developers to ensure timely web publishing.
Maintain consistency in layout, branding, style, and tone across all digital content.
Ensure all digital assets (copy, images, video, etc.) are properly formatted, optimized, and accessible.
Support the creation and execution of landing pages, campaign pages, and microsites.
Monitor and test websites for issues including broken links, formatting problems, or rendering errors.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement user-centered improvements.
Ensure website compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), SEO best practices, and performance benchmarks.
Analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics and recommend improvements.
Coordinate QA and approvals before publishing content updates or new site features.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]
Experience working in a related field for 4 to 5 years.
Bachelor's degree in Web development, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Web Producer, Web Content Manager, or similar role.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, or Sitecore
Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light troubleshooting or customization
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Google Search Console, Yoast, or Screaming Frog.
Experience working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Canva
Ability to implement and optimize landing pages, microsites, and calls-to-action (CTAs)
Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
Experience using Google Search Console, Yoast SEO, or Screaming Frog
Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and UTM tracking
Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights
Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize
Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4) and A/B testing is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp).
Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA).
Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
