Summary

The Philanthropy Coordinator will: Support Philanthropy Fundraising with researching, prospecting, approaching and acknowledgement of Major Donors and grant giving organisations Write thorough and impactful applications to gain support for the hospice Follow the hospice supporter care process to ensure excellent acknowledgement, supporter recognition and further donor potential Provide timely and accurate administration of legacy pledges and notifications for the delivery of income Support with the organization and development of bespoke cultivation events to keep key supporters informed about the work and developments of the charity Produce monthly reports detailing and analysing fundraising data and activity, projection against budget and analysis of risks and opportunities Contribute to the setting of the Philathropy Fundraising income budget, monitoring progress closely throughout the year Plan work in conjunction with the Philanthropy Fundraiser and Fundraising Manager which will inform and facilitate achievement of the income budget Work closely with the communications team to ensure promotional activity, appropriate supporter stories are shared and cultivation events are promoted effectively Maintain thorough record keeping in line with the St Ann's Hospice and Fundraising Regulator policies and guidelines Fulfill additional duties as required by Philanthropy Fundraising for the benefit of the hospice
