• Actively contribute to the delivery of high-quality imaging services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are maintained at all times.
• Serve as a role model for radiographers, student radiographers, and other healthcare professionals, helping them develop their skills and become compassionate, competent practitioners.
• Supervise staff within the clinical environment, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of imaging services.
• Deputise for the Modality Manager in their absence, taking on leadership and supervisory responsibilities to ensure continuity of care and service delivery.
