You’ll need proven experience in…

· Learning disability or supported living care, with a minimum of a level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care

· Strong leadership, excellent communication and motivational skills

· Building strong relationships with key stakeholders

· CQC regulations and how to translate these into working practice

· Understanding person-centred care and support provision

· The ability to prioritise and always multitask

· Having a flexible and committed work ethic

Knowledge and experience of IT and rota systems is desirable.

All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. For this role, we require you to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
