Summary
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Logging Supervisor.

Logging Supervisor responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of technicians
Ensure compliance with company and safety procedures
Manage daily workloads and schedules effectively
Provide technical guidance and assistance as needed
Liaise with depot management at both Luton and Hatfield locations
Travel regularly across the Affinity Water contract area
Report on team performance and any issues to senior management
Logging Supervisor requirements:
Experience in the water sector is essential
Previous supervision experience preferred but not mandatory
Strong technical background: skilled technicians seeking to move into supervision will be considered if they have good water sector experience
Good communication and leadership skills
Flexibility to travel regularly between depots and across the contract area
