Summary
To support the sales, service and parts departments in vehicle cleaning ensuring that customer satisfaction is exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the condition of all new and used vehicles delivered to the SEAT Dealer including cleanliness, documentation, keys etc.
• Prepare vehicles in line with PDI and SEAT Dealer requirements.
• Ensure any damage is notified to the relevant manager in a timely manner, in order that appropriate action can be taken.
• Wash and valet cars in line with SEAT Dealer standards.
• Inspect vehicles with sales/service personnel prior to customer handover.
• Ensure regular stocks of cleaning materials.
• Assist in maintaining the site cleanliness.
• Maintain safe working practices and standards of the SEAT Dealer.
General Duties
Responsible for keeping all cars on site clean.
All customer facing areas and staff mess areas clean.
General site maintenance removal of rubbish and minor site painting DIY as required
