Summary
We are recruiting for our Support team!
The Hope Centre is a charitable organisation based in Bromyard supporting local people in Bromyard and surrounding areas
Our small team offers advice, guidance and support in a non-judgemental and respectful way
We connect the local community together in the Centre and in the community through events and activities that bring people together
We create a safe, warm and friendly environment for everyone
Based in Bromyard, you will need a car and clean driving license to visit people at home and deliver groups and support in the community locally
This role requires you to work in a team and on a one to one basis and hold cases
Evaluation and reporting is a key part of the role, as is case management
You’ll have a NVQ level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care,
Childcare, Education, Social care or equivalent
Part time, full time or job share considered (flexibility with hours is required)
Salary £24,979.50 - £28,431 fte
depending on experience/qualifications
Enhanced DBS clearance and excellent references are essential
Own car and a full UK driving license
