Summary
In this split role, you will provide advanced pharmacy services across Adult Inherited Metabolic Diseases (AIMD), lipids, and diabetes & endocrinology, combining direct patient care with leadership and service development. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering expert pharmaceutical care and prescribing in specialist outpatient clinics. Leading and developing pharmacy services for AIMD and lipid management, ensuring safe and cost-effective use of medicines. Acting as a recognised clinical expert and role model within the Trust and wider networks. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and support seamless care pathways. Mentoring and developing junior pharmacy staff and trainees. Contributing to research, clinical audit, and service improvement projects.
