Summary
In the absence of the Unit Manager is responsible for the total provision, organisation and direction of the nursing care. Acts as a resource within the specialism of Critical Care. Empowers the nursing staff and other allied health care professionals to develop the highest possible levels of clinical skill and facilitates communication within all care groups.
