Summary
To contribute to the agreed plan of activity that will drive forward the unit work in meeting the organisational strategic objectives. Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the NHSCFA Fraud Prevention guidance. Delivering specific areas of fraud prevention work as directed by the Senior Fraud Prevention Officer. Acting as a point of contact for enquiries relating to fraud prevention solutions. To use their judgement and knowledge to ensure queries are answered appropriately or the enquiry is passed to the correct area of business. Maintain up to date knowledge of standards relating to fraud prevention and the location of fraud prevention solutions within NHSCFA information library. Actively and constantly review materials already in existence for currency and application in the changing environment of a dynamic NHS.
