£24,950.00 - Per Year
Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Due to continued growth, an established manufacturer, is now keen to strengthen its warehouse team.
** A customer facing role, you will be a key member of the team **
ESSENTIAL TO APPLY
Experienced FLT Counter Balance with up-to-date licence.
Customer service skills / presentable / Polite.
Warehousing.
Order picking & packing.
Loading and unloading.
Stock checks / Audits.
Record keeping.
Flexible and happy to cover other duties.
Flexible and happy to complete overtime when required.
NOT ESSENTIAL – Multidirectional FLT Counter Balance.
THE ROLE
Ensure all your area orders are picked correctly and on time.
Speak to customer and sort the requirements in a professional and polity manner.
Ensure picking notes and tallies sheets are completed correctly.
Check and complete Loading records correctly.
Ensure vehicles are loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently.
Look for continuous improvement in your area.
Ensure Rolling Checks are completed accurately and timely.
Ensure that stock is identified and returned to the correct bin location.
Report any issues that may affect Certified stock / Chain of Custody to the area Foreman.
Ensure that the ‘goods returned’ procedure is adhered to.
Record and report any damaged or poor-quality materials to the Area Foreman or relevant Product Champion.
Ensure all stock is rotated.
Ensure you are being fully optimised at all times.
Load and unload vehicles as directed.
Need to be flexible and cover any other duties, as requested, including over time, assisting in other areas and driving (where qualified).
