Summary
Are you a natural leader with a heart for early years education? We’re on the lookout for a Deputy Nursery Manager and Head of Room to help steer our nursery ship, support an amazing team, and ensure our little learners are safe, happy, and thriving every day.
Your mission:
-Supporting the Nursery Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery from staffing to schedules and everything in between
-Leading by example on the floor – showing your team what outstanding care and education looks like in action
-Lead, support, and cheer on your amazing team.
-Create a safe, happy space where little minds can explore and grow.
What we ask for:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (as defined by the Department for Education).
·At least two years of post-qualification experience.
