Summary
Senior Contract Monitoring Officer needed in Wembley
The rate is £23.07ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 5273491
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting over 1000 allotment plots to issue non cultivation notices. The role will also require the person to show prospective tenants plots and reduce vacancies on allotment sites.
There is funding to allow for untended plots to be cleared to allow them to be let to new tenants and the successful candidate will be required to project manage this as well as identify repairs that are required and arrange for the defects to be repaired by a contractor.
This is a role which is mainly based on site in all weathers, visiting allotment sites on a daily basis. Office work is minimal but project management skills would be helpful and clear record keeping is essential. Use of own vehicle to get around the borough is preferable. Car Mileage will be paid.
