Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Research and Innovation Services, based in the Industry and Innovation Research Institute.
As a Senior Administrator you will provide high quality administrative support to the doctoral student community and staff alike, providing excellent customer service and contributing to service development and continual improvement. You will work collaboratively to provide accurate regulatory advice and handle complex queries to resolution.
You will have excellent administration skills with experience of working in a busy office / customer-focused environment, be proficient in Microsoft office and have a proactive and organised approach to workload.
The post will initially be aligned to our Research Institutes but is currently included in the University change process to establish a unified Doctoral School. This new School will provide the foundations to deliver our strategy, provide research leadership and direction, grow income and support the development of a strong research culture throughout the University.
