Looking for a stable, Monday to Friday role with long-term career prospects? CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider based at a large commercial building in Colindale, NW London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive site-based engineering team, with structured training and potential HV authorisation on offer.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned & reactive maintenance across electrical building services
- Diagnose and repair faults: lighting, power, emergency systems, ballast replacement
- Test and monitor emergency lighting systems
- Work with and monitor BMS and control panels
- HV switchgear and isolation tasks (training provided)
- General M&E and fabric tasks as required
- Keep logbooks and compliance records updated
- Assist and escort specialist contractors
- Report service issues to the site management team
- Ensure all work complies with H&S and statutory requirements
Requirements
- C&G Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) – Essential
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – Essential
- Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
- Confident working in a client-facing environment
- Basic fabric or mechanical knowledge – Desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to provide copies of valid trade qualifications
