Summary
Community Care Worker - Competitive pay rate of £12.60 - £12.75 per hour
Flexible hours including Full Time, Part Time and Bank available. Includes alternate weekend working.

Previous care experience is not essential, you may have been inspired by looking after a family member, or just looking for a more rewarding role. We have a structured full induction and free training programme to support you.
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check if not already on the update service. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service which attracts a small annual fee of £13 to the candidate.

Job description
As a Community Care Worker with us, among other things, you will be:
- assisting our clients (either in their private homes and/or other facilities) with person-centred care and support they can trust as their true partner in progress.
- supporting & encouraging our service users to remain as independent as possible.
- providing our service user with personal care including bathing, toileting, getting dressed and assisting with mobility in and around their homes and community with dignity and respect.
- continue to support their household chore by carrying out duties not limited to laundry, washing, cleaning, preparing and cooking meals.
- support with medication administration and management
- carry out such other duties including mailing a package, shopping, collection of prescriptions etc
Person Specification
Essential
Valid driving license and access to own car.
