My client is in urgent need of an experienced HRBP to join the business on a 6-month FTC to start asap.

The site employs over 700 people and specialises in chilled food products for the major retailers.
The role is Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00
You will work closely with Line Managers and Senior Leaders, playing a key role in implementing the People Plan throughout the business.

About you.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified but its not essential
Experience of operating at HRBP level ideally within a fast-paced manufatcuirng environment with over 500 employees is desirable.
You will have the ability to coach, influence, and challenge business partners effectively.

Project Experience
Experience of handling disciplinary and grievance processes is a must!
