Summary

Resident Services Associate – Midlands (Birmingham-Based - travel across Cannock, Leek, Walsall and Derby)
Location: Birmingham & surrounding Midlands sites
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 + excellent benefits
Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days out of 7 (including some Saturdays)
Driving Licence: Required (travel across sites)

One Property Recruitment is proud to represent a leading Build-to-Rent operator in their search for a Resident Services Associate to join their growing Midlands team. About the Role

As a Resident Services Associate, you’ll be the face of the community—delivering exceptional service, supporting lettings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across a portfolio of high-quality residential schemes. You’ll work closely with central teams and senior leadership to create a welcoming, safe, and vibrant living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and provide market feedback
Coordinate repairs and quality-check completed works
Perform routine building inspections and manage key logs
Organise and deliver resident events and community initiatives
Support mobilisation of new developments
Provide administrative support and cross-site cover when needed
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Personable, polished, and proactive with strong empathy and communication skills
Experienced in residential property, hospitality, or lettings
Comfortable working towards targets in a customer-focused environment
Organised with strong admin and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency essential)
A confident driver with a valid UK licence (travel is part of the role)
