Summary
Home Instead (Altrincham, Sale & Wythenshawe) are a highly regarded home care company hiring Care Professionals/ Care Assistants passionate about delivering the highest quality of care. You will show patience and resilience , dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of others.
As we care for Clients across Sale and Altrincham as well as Wythenshawe, if you are based in Wythenshawe you will need access to a car
What We Offer:
• Min 1 hour visits with regular clients
• £14 - £15 per hr recognising the essential role you play in our clients' lives.
• Sufficient time to travel between calls, ensuring you never feel rushed.
• Paid Training
• Paid DBS
• Paid Mileage
All our new Care Professionals undergo a paid induction and training so you understand the values of Home Instead and feel confident to carry out the role as a professional caregiver. We offer ongoing support to our Care Professionals and you will be recognised for the work you do and the difference you make to our clients' lives and to their families who have been struggling.
Responsibilities:
• Provide dignified personal care
• Offer emotional support where needed
• Be a friendly and reliable presence that brighten your client day
• Support with medications
• Prepare meals
• laundry
• Help around the home
• Take our client’s out
We offer a range of working patterns; we are currently looking for evening Care Professionals to cover tea times and bed times, so this can be from 4pm or 5pm until 10pm.
We do require alternate weekends in order to keep the continuity with your clients
