Summary
The employee will be in charge of overseeing a retail store's daily operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and effectively while providing top-notch customer service. Tasks include maintaining inventory and stock levels, supervising and directing retail employees, making sure the shop design and displays adhere to brand standards, responding to consumer questions and grievances, and making sure business regulations and procedures are followed. In addition, the Retail Supervisor will help with staff scheduling, track sales figures, carry out marketing campaigns, and provide top management with performance reports on the store.
