We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager to take on a crucial role working for the UKs leading provider and installer of high-quality playgrounds and external sports facilities. Our commitment to safety and quality assurance ensures that every play space is built to the highest standards, providing children with a safe and stimulating environment to explore and play. Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Identify and qualify new sales leads within the playground sector, focusing on house builders, schools, parks and recreation departments, and day-care centres.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, landscape designers, and procurement managers.

  • Create compelling presentations showcasing our products and their benefits

  • Travel throughout the designated territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.


Requirements:



  • You should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of the House Builder sector or the playground industry.

  • Proficiency in effectively engaging with diverse clientele, tailoring communication and strategies to accommodate varying backgrounds and preferences.

  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of effective relationship and customer management

  • Demonstrated resilience in the face of challenges, showing the ability to persevere and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude and drive towards success.
