Our client is a leading global manufacturer, supplying into major manufacturers across the globe! They are currently seeking an experienced Metrologist with experience in a UKAS accredited lab environment to join their growing team!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Calibration of dimensional measurement equipment (Micrometers, Gauges, Verniers etc)
- Creating and updating documentation
- Ensuring compliance to company and industry regulations
- Working in a UKAS accredited calibration lab
- Liaising with customers to solve calibration issues
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a UKAS accredited calibration lab (Desired)
- Knowledge and experience using dimensional measurement equipment
- Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar qualification (Desired)
- Knowledge of various inspection techniques
