The infected blood scandal has had a devastating, lifelong impact on thousands of people. For those affected in the East Midlands, we are looking for a compassionate and resilient individual to act as their trusted guide and advocate.
As a Regional Navigator, your job is to chart a course for people through incredibly complex challenges. You will be their single, consistent point of contact, helping them navigate a system that can be overwhelming.
Your work will be a unique blend of practical support, compassionate guidance and community building. One day you might be providing advice on welfare benefits or housing, the next you could be liaising with our specialist multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care, and another day you might be helping to establish a peer support group for those affected to connect with each other.
