Your New Role
As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive the people agenda across key business units. This is a high-impact role where you'll influence organisational strategy, lead workforce planning initiatives, and support cultural and structural change. You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing insight and challenge to ensure the business is equipped to meet its strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leadership to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
- Leading change management initiatives and organisational design projects.
- Driving talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Using data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
- Collaborating with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or a similar sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- A track record of leading complex change and transformation programmes.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
