Summary
Van Driver / Labourer - required to assist with the collection and delivering of building materials for operatives working across the Newcastle area. Working as a key member of a medium sized building maintenance contractor which carry's out various building maintenance and refurbishment works across various building maintenance / refurbishment sectors such as social housing, healthcare and residential.
Duties to include:
* Collection and delivering of building materials to service our trades on site
* Maintaining material storage unit and checking stock levels
* Helping with trades on site when required
Requirements:
* must be over 25 years old (due to company insurance)
* clean valid uk driving licence
* construction experience preferred
