- Must have property law experience
- Not newly qualified
- Residential and commercial experience for LAs
22 hours per week over 3 days.
4 - 6 month post
- Carrying out and completing commercial property portfolio and residential property transactions
- Advising on statutory residential property matters, including Council charges
- Advising on local government law in the areas of property development work
This is a Part time role on a temporary contract basis.
