Summary
Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Cleaners based in the Norwich area. While previous cleaning experience is a bonus, full training will be provided, so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in the cleaning industry.
Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application.
Our client operates from multiple buildings; however, you will be allocated to one building/team and work there every day. Please be aware this role will involve the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, but all PPE will be provided.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely (training provided)
• Hoover, sweep, polish and mop communal areas
• Clean and sanitise touch points and wipe down communal areas
• Clean toilet basins, seats and surrounds, wash wall area under hand dryers, and clean sinks and tile surrounds
• Dust and polish radiators, pipes, window ledges, door and window frames and all areas that can be reached from floor level
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor
• Any other duties as required
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Physically fit – some roles involve standing, bending, and lifting
Shift pattern:
• Monday to Friday
• 06:30 - 09:00
