Summary

Relief Support Worker – West Lothian Outreach

Rate: £12.60 per hour

The Role

We are seeking dedicated Relief Support Workers to join our West Lothian Outreach service. This is a person-centred position, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently, achieve meaningful outcomes, and participate in their local community.

Responsibilities include:



Providing care and support, including personal care, medication administration, shopping, housework and cooking.


Assisting individuals to maintain and develop independent living skills.


Offering social support to promote community involvement and inclusion.


Supporting the development and maintenance of positive relationships.


Liaising with medical professionals when required.



You may also be required to work across other services within West Lothian.
An enhanced Adult PVG is essential for this role.


Shift Patterns



Day Shifts: 8am–3pm, 9am–3pm, 10am–3pm, 11am–3pm


Afternoon/Evening Shifts: 3pm–9:30pm


Waking Nights: 9:30pm–8:00am
