We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and experienced individual to provide administration support in Learning & Development. Reporting to the Learning & Development Business Partner, you will be required to provide administrative support including scheduling and booking training courses, maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) and providing high levels of customer service and support.

This role holds significant importance in ensuring the seamless operation of the L&D service. It is a dynamic and busy role, with lots of interaction with internal colleagues, managers and external suppliers. In addition, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the L&D delivery model, services, systems, and reporting.

About You

As L&D Administrative Assistant, you will have previous experience of undertaking administrative tasks and organising events. Strong IT skills are required for this role, especially in the use of MS365 and HR / learning management systems.
You will have good numeracy skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. This role requires a strong team player and experience of working within a team environment to achieve common goals.

A positive, helpful, friendly attitude and willingness to provide help and support to colleagues is essential for this role. The successful postholder will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills are required, with the ability to work to deadlines.
