Summary
Formulate long term strategic plans for a portfolio of projects and assess the impact of these plans against the long term strategies of the Trust in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Capital Projects and the Estates & Facilities Senior Management Team. Provide professional construction management advice to the Assistant Director of Capital Projects, stakeholders and others on all aspects of capital project works of the Trust that are assigned to the post-holder.
