Summary
Working Pattern: 7 sessions per week, across 5 days, including one day on call. Established training practice with commitment to professional development To work with staff based within the surgeries and administration staff at Henry Moore Clinic Partnership. To work with other Health and Social Care providers to ensure an appropriately safe and integrated service. Provide comprehensive assessment, advice and treatment for the registered practice population. Make accurate and comprehensive records of consultations using system one clinical system. To coordinate and direct the delivery of care by the clinical team on a day to day basis. To provide clinical support to other members of staff, both clinical and administrative, in achieving the highest possible standards of care and QOF and enhanced services targets. Providing home visits to our housebound practice population.
