Summary

Are you a people person with a flair for delivering excellent customer service? Our client, a well-established and busy health care service provider in the heart of Bangor city centre, is looking for a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join their team.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

    • Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional first point of contact
    • Answering calls, booking appointments, and managing the diary system
    • Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy front-of-house service
    • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
    • Handling general administrative tasks as required

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

      • Excellent customer service and communication skills
      • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
      • Confidence using computers and handling administrative tasks
      • A professional and well-presented manner
      • Able to understanding and speak Welsh (fluency desirable)

      This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly and professional team, where your interpersonal skills and attention to detail will be truly valued. You will be working 3 days per week (which may include a Saturday on a rota basis) 9am – 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, and in exchange receive an hourly pay rate of £12.21 plus company benefits.
