Position: Maintenance Technician – Crick SiteThis is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Some flexibility may be required during peak times.
Salary: Up to £32,000
Tasks and Responsibilities Main Purpose of the Job- Provide day-to-day maintenance to improve company assets
- Ensure site and equipment compliance with legal and company standards
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and site procedures
- Offer cost-effective solutions for on-site repairs within your skill set
- Weekly testing and recording across dual sites
- Planned maintenance activities including:
- Sprinkler system
- Water flushing
- Emergency & internal lighting
- Fire alarms
- Sanitary ware
- Disabled refuge
- Carry out minor repairs following task schedules from shift managers/Ops (e.g. leaks, plumbing, painting, external repairs)
- Meet and greet contractors for PPM, including access, inductions, permits, sign-in/out, and sign-off
- Work with Facilities Coordinator & H&S to prepare PTW, RAMS, and INS pre-visit
- Assist in internal projects and track progress (e.g. new client builds)
- Respond to emergency repairs, prioritising tasks and documenting for BCP purposes
