Position: Maintenance Technician – Crick Site

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Some flexibility may be required during peak times.

Salary: Up to £32,000

Tasks and Responsibilities Main Purpose of the Job
  • Provide day-to-day maintenance to improve company assets
  • Ensure site and equipment compliance with legal and company standards
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and site procedures
  • Offer cost-effective solutions for on-site repairs within your skill set
Key Tasks
  • Weekly testing and recording across dual sites
  • Planned maintenance activities including:
    • Sprinkler system
    • Water flushing
    • Emergency & internal lighting
    • Fire alarms
    • Sanitary ware
    • Disabled refuge
  • Carry out minor repairs following task schedules from shift managers/Ops (e.g. leaks, plumbing, painting, external repairs)
  • Meet and greet contractors for PPM, including access, inductions, permits, sign-in/out, and sign-off
  • Work with Facilities Coordinator & H&S to prepare PTW, RAMS, and INS pre-visit
  • Assist in internal projects and track progress (e.g. new client builds)
  • Respond to emergency repairs, prioritising tasks and documenting for BCP purposes
  • Monitor utility usage m
