Summary

Production Manager

Bridgwater | £40,000 to £50,000 per annum |

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a client to lead manufacturing operations, oversee day-to-day production, and manage a team of supervisors to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across all processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.
  • Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines.
  • Promote a safe working environment through regular audits and training.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in production management or a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse production team.
  • Keen eye for quality and process adherence to ensure high standards are maintained.
